Refund and Returns Policy

At Classicglam, we prioritize the satisfaction of our clients. We understand that selecting the perfect lighting fixtures for your home is a significant decision. If your purchase does not perfectly complement your space, we offer a transparent and efficient return process to ensure your peace of mind.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This period allows you to inspect the quality and ensure the aesthetic fits your interior design vision.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a successful return, please adhere to the following:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, and free from any damage).
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all protective foam, hardware, and wiring components.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Return Logistics & Fees

We aim to make the return process as simple as possible:

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Classicglam will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.
  • Change of Mind: For returns based on personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Instructions: Once your return is approved via email, we will send detailed shipping instructions and designated carrier locations (UPS/FedEx).

4. Cancellation Policy (4-Hour Window)

To maintain our fast Made-to-Order processing times, order cancellations for a full refund must be requested within 4 hours of placement. Please contact support@classicglam.shop immediately. After 4 hours, orders enter the assembly phase and must follow the standard return process.

5. Damaged or Defective Fixtures

Please inspect your lighting upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, please contact us within 48 hours. We will expedite a replacement or arrange a full refund at our expense.

6. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  • We will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for products damaged due to improper installation, electrical misuse, or items marked as “Final Sale.” Gift cards are also non-returnable.
