During this window, our assembly team has not yet finalized the technical specs for your order, allowing us to halt the process without incurring production costs.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, or change a product model (e.g., choosing a different finish or lamp style), please reach out within the same 4-hour window. After this time, your order is locked into our fulfillment system.
