You may not use our lighting products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

2. Accuracy and Representation

We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our lighting fixtures and lamps. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

3. Pricing and Secure Payments

• All prices are listed in USD.
• We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
• Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate of $6.99 for all domestic orders.
• We utilize PCI-compliant payment gateways (such as Stripe/PayPal) to process all transactions. Your credit card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

4. Order Modification & Cancellation

Due to our Made-to-Order fulfillment model, customers may only request to cancel or modify an order within a 4-hour window from the time of purchase. Please contact support@classicglam.shop immediately. Once an order exceeds this window, it enters production and must follow our standard Return Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery Terms

Orders typically require 1–3 business days for processing and 3–6 business days for transit. While we make every effort to deliver within these estimates, Classicglam is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather disruptions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & 30-Day Guarantee

Our commitment to quality is backed by a 30-Day Return Policy. Eligible returns must be in original, uninstalled condition with all packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is inspected at our partner facility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Classicglam, its owner Brian E. Mallaber, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or direct/indirect damages arising from the use of our products, especially damages resulting from improper electrical installation. We strongly recommend all lighting be installed by a certified professional.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
