Order Cancellation & Modification

At Classicglam, we process orders with precision and speed to ensure your designer lighting fixtures reach you as quickly as possible. We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to helping you manage your order within the framework of our production process.

1. The 4-Hour Grace Period

Because our products are Made-to-Order, we provide a 4-hour grace period from the exact time of purchase for any cancellations or modifications. During this window, our assembly team has not yet finalized the technical specs for your order, allowing us to halt the process without incurring production costs.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order within the 4-hour window, please send an urgent email to support@classicglam.shop with the following details:

  • Subject Line: URGENT: Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]
  • Body: Your full name and the specific items you wish to cancel.

Once your request is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.

3. Modifying Your Order

If you need to update your shipping address, contact information, or change a product model (e.g., choosing a different finish or lamp style), please reach out within the same 4-hour window. After this time, your order is locked into our fulfillment system.

Important Note: Address modifications requested after the 4-hour window has passed may be subject to a “Re-routing Fee” imposed by the shipping carrier (UPS/FedEx), which will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Requests After the 4-Hour Window

If your request reaches us after the 4-hour window, or if the order has already been dispatched to our shipping partners:

  • The order cannot be canceled or modified in our system.
  • You will need to receive the delivery and then initiate a return under our 30-Day Refund Policy.
  • Warning: Please do not “Refuse Delivery” as this can lead to packages being lost in transit, which may void your eligibility for a full refund.

5. Refund Timeline for Cancellations

For all approved cancellations made within the valid timeframe, refunds are initiated immediately. Depending on your financial institution, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account balance.
