Shipping Policy

At Classicglam, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and transparent shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing and delivering our premium lighting collections. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Classicglam exclusively serves and ships to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time to ensure the highest quality of service and reliable delivery speeds for our domestic customers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We believe in simple, flat-rate pricing for all our lamps and lighting fixtures. Below are our standard delivery windows:

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day. Please note that our team does not process or ship orders on Sundays or federal holidays.

4. Cancellation Window

We process orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery. You may request a cancellation within a 4-hour window of placing your order. Please email support@classicglam.shop immediately with your order number. Once this window has passed, the order has likely entered the assembly stage and must follow our standard Return Policy.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your lighting fixtures are handed over to our carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update the tracking status.

6. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Classicglam is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details. If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the rare event that your lighting arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and prioritize a replacement or refund for you.
